PROCESSING TIME

• The time needed to fill an order varies from 2-5 business days.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES

• Shipping estimate 5-8 days
• Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
• Items marked “delivered” by the USPS are considered delivered for the purposes of refunds and cancellations. 

SHIPPING ADDRESS

• Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date shipping address. If an item is not delivered to the buyer because of an inaccurate shipping address, a full refund is not guaranteed. 

TRACKING INFORMATION

• Once your order ships, you will get an email with the tracking information for your shipment. Please get in touch with us if after five days, you haven't received tracking information.

PO BOXES OR MILITARY APO/FPO ADDRESSES

• While we can delivery to PO Boxes, we are unable to do so to Military APO/FPO addresses.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

• Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
